Method

Method

  • Whipping cream 120 g.
  • Caster sugar 50 g.
  • Vanilla flavor 3 g.
  • Gelatin powder 10 g.
  • Water 20 g.

Method

  1. Put mango flesh, caster sugar, and water into the pan. Set fire and stir well, then pour gelatin powder to mix it again. After that, filtrate all ingredients in the pan.

  • Gelatin powder 5 g.
  • Whipping cream 50 g.
  • Fresh milk 20 g.
  • Water 20 g.
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • Vanilla flavor 3 g.
  • Caster sugar 70 g.
  • Blueberries 40 g.
  • Strawberries 50 g.


Method

  1. Roll out the puff pastries thinly, then slice into pieces as the size you want and prick the puff pastries for expansion, and bring into the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes then take out of the oven and leave them cold
  2. Set the pot on fire and put whipping cream, fresh milk, and caster sugar until roiling boil. Then separate it into a mixing cup. Mix vanilla flavor, egg yolk, and caster sugar well.
  3. Bloom gelatin powder with water, mix well and bring it to mix into a mixing cup. After that, when it is mixed well, put cocoa crumble at the final stage and mix well. Pour all ingredients into a mixing cup into a pastry bag, then squeeze the cream on top of the baked puff pastries. Then keep alternating place fruits, cream, and puff pastries for 3 layers.   • Cake flour 200 g.
  • 3 Eggs
  • Baking powder 1 ½ teaspoons
  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil 1 Measuring cup
  • Caster sugar/White sugar 180 g.
  • Crushed ripe banana 200 g.
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • Waffle molds 2 inches, estimated can make about 18 cups


Method

  1. Warm the oven to 40 Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius, then sift the flour with baking soda together, and leave for a moment. Grind banana with water and lemon juice together then leave it for a moment
  2. Whisk eggs with caster sugar and salt until it is rising, whisk at a high speed for about 7-8 minutes
  3. Level down at low speed, add flour then whisk together (about 1 minute) then add vegetable oil and keep whisking at a medium speed for 2 minutes
  4. Add crushed ripe banana and keep whisking at low speed for 1 minute. Drop into the waffle molds 2 inches and bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes. Then take out of the oven, leave it cold on the sieve and keep it in the closed food storage container, or you can keep it overnight so the cake texture will be extra moist

  • Sticky rice flour 200 g.
  • Tapioca flour 125 g.

Method

  1. Wrap the strawberries with red bean paste, then use plastic wrap to cover them and keep in the refrigerator
  2. Set the pot at medium to low heat, pour tapioca flour, and fry them for 10-15 minutes. When the flour is well-cooked, the texture will be fine and rise. Then leave the flour to cool down.
