Where did the colorful “Bualoy” come from?

It is a traditional Thai dessert. Each area has its own formula. Its distinctive feature is to shape the dough into round balls and bring it to a boil with boiling water before eating it with syrup or coconut milk. In some formulas add an egg or a yolk of salted egg. It becomes a menu of Bua Loy white eggs.
