Method
Warm the oven to 40 Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius, then sift the flour with baking soda together, and leave for a moment. Grind banana with water and lemon juice together then leave it for a moment
Whisk eggs with caster sugar and salt until it is rising, whisk at a high speed for about 7-8 minutes
Level down at low speed, add flour then whisk together (about 1 minute) then add vegetable oil and keep whisking at a medium speed for 2 minutes
Add crushed ripe banana and keep whisking at low speed for 1 minute. Drop into the waffle molds 2 inches and bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes. Then take out of the oven, leave it cold on the sieve and keep it in the closed food storage container, or you can keep it overnight so the cake texture will be extra moist
