Ingredients
Sticky rice flour 200 g.
Tapioca flour 125 g.
Caster sugar 70 g.
8 Strawberries
Red bean paste 1 measuring cup
Method
Wrap the strawberries with red bean paste, then use plastic wrap to cover them and keep in the refrigerator
Set the pot at medium to low heat, pour tapioca flour, and fry them for 10-15 minutes. When the flour is well-cooked, the texture will be fine and rise. Then leave the flour to cool down.
Make Mochi flour by mixing sticky rice flour, tapioca flour, and caster sugar, then gradually add water and stir well.
Bring mixed flour into the microwave oven for 2-3 rounds, 2 minutes each, then take it out and stir for well-cooked in every part of the flour. After that, pour tapioca flour that has already been prepared into the Mochi flour and mix well, then cut into pieces
Wrap the strawberries with mixed Mochi flour and tapioca flour. All done
